To communicate this long-valued policy to our stakeholders, the company has decided to change the name of our “Sales Support” Department to the “Customer Support” Department. This change will reflect our customer-centric focus and will demonstrate to our customers that our company aims to place our customers first and provide high-quality customer support.
Customer centricity is at the core of our corporate policy, which is aimed at providing a positive customer experience and building long-term partnerships with customers.
With this approach and by implementing a seamless customer experience, we aim to promote greater brand loyalty and satisfaction, obtain more customers, and expand the customer lifetime value.
