17th ICIS Middle Eastern Base Oils and Lubricants Conference
After three years away, the ICIS Middle Eastern Base Oils and Lubricants Conference finally returned on the 10th to the 11th of October 2022 at the Ritz-Carlton in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. LUBIMAX® was the lanyard sponsor of the event, as it has been for many years, and our LUBIMAX® and Kemipex Team members were thrilled to attend the ICIS event.
With over 400 people in attendance, it was a great opportunity for our teams to network with new connections and old acquaintances. Our Regional Manager’s had plenty of networking time in the lounge during the event, including the Gala Dinner, which gave them a chance to reconnect with old friends and make new ones. The ICIS Middle Eastern Base Oils and Lubricants Conference was a global event with a Middle Eastern focus, which over 34 different nationalities attended. As Kemipex has a large global network, this event offered great international networking opportunities.
Our teams enjoyed the thought-provoking content sessions, where they gained key insights for their business strategies. During the event, industry leaders discussed supply and demand, supply chain, electrification, and sustainability, giving attendees a head start on 2023. Overall, the event was a success and was enjoyed by all those who attended. Our team looks forward to attending again next year.
